DAN MILLER - PRESIDENT
Mr. Miller is Managing Director of SB-Finance. SB Finance, a division of SeedBoom, LLC, is a leader in developing financial solutions for small businesses and middle market companies for the acquisition of equipment, working capital, term loans, lines of credit and other value-added consulting services.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Miller has helped scores of entrepreneurs’ to start-up, organize, systemize, grow and exit their businesses. He has become well known as a speaker and an expert on using technology and people to make companies more efficient and competitive. With his diverse background as an entrepreneur, investor and advisor, Mr. Miller is able to leverage his unique insights to help other entrepreneurs reach their goals.
Dan's athletic focus and competitive spirit began with his passion for martial arts and soccer as a teenager. He has represented the United States National Soccer Team in the Maccabiah Games in Israel and in Venezuela. He also trained for a full season with West Ham United of the English Premiere League.
Dan earned his 2nd-Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo in 2005, and became a Certified Instructor of the American Taekwondo Association in 2006. He is a Blauer Tactical System certified Personal Defense Readiness Instructor. His experience as an instructor of martial arts and personal-defense has allowed him to inspire his students to reach goals that they may not have thought possible.
As an Angel Investor, Mr. Miller has previously invested in Pongo Software, AvidXchange, True Elements, Real Digital Media, CliniPace, Blueprint Health, UTIDOX, Apex Medical Solutions and Medical Advisory.
In his “spare time” Mr. Miller co-owns Burg Fitness and Tactical-Defense. He lives in St. Petersburg, Florida, and enjoys Cross-Training, Kick-Boxing, biking and eating along the Gulf Coast.
